I shared her background with my client, they immediately scheduled her for an interview, and she had the job offer by the end of the week. She has now been in the role for 2 weeks. I probably would not have come across her background had she not posted on LinkedIn, and this is a prime example of how leveraging your LinkedIn network can land you a great opportunity.
