Background
Wawa is a privately held, employee‑owned convenience retailer operating more than 1,000 locations across the East Coast. Known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and employee development, Wawa maintains a large corporate organization supporting technology, digital marketing, and enterprise operations.
The Challenge
Wawa came to Juno with approximately 64 open roles — all at varying stages of the recruitment process — primarily within technology and digital marketing. The internal talent acquisition team needed additional capacity and specialized sourcing support to keep roles moving efficiently while supporting ongoing growth initiatives.

Juno deployed a full‑lifecycle recruiting and sourcing solution to augment Wawa’s internal TA function. Two Talent Consultants and two Sourcing Specialists embedded directly with the Wawa team, supporting requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
The engagement was initially scoped for six months, but due to strong performance and continued hiring demand, the partnership extended to over a year.
