Over the last 18 or so months, I have been asked this question by clients, candidates, internal Juno folks, friends and family! It has certainly evolved over the time I have been in this role, and we have learned A LOT through different engagements and partnerships, successes and failures over these last 18 months. In that time, our team has quadrupled to meet the needs of incoming clients who require consistent staffing support from a Juno recruiter (we are different from the rest!). As the VP of our Project Recruiting Division here at Juno Search Partners, I oversee the team of skilled recruiters who work “on-site” (virtually these days, of course) with clients to perform tremendous hiring feats in sometimes pretty short timelines.
