About the Client:
We partnered with a premier telesales and customer service firm with a portfolio company working to provide agencies and organizations with critical COVID-19 contact tracing support.
The Challenge:
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, this client developed a service to support employers in their contact tracing, including carefully vetted staffing, training, metrics and reporting. Obviously, this was a crucial factor for many companies to stay afloat, creating a strong demand and in turn, a quick need to fill positions to support these services.
The Solution:
