About the Client:
Play ball! For this partnership, we teamed up with a sports and recreation academy with a long history and strong reputation in the Greater Philadelphia region.
The Challenge:
With sports seasons ramping up, and an influx in athletes and students, our client had a dire need to build out their team of coaches and staff to accommodate their rapid growth in the region.
The Solution:
We kicked off this project by deploying one of our experienced talent consultants to embed themselves into the client's workplace, allowing them to fully understand the culture and business needs to support this recruitment initiative across all 6 of their facilities.
The Results
In just 6 months, our talent consultant connected with over 1,100 candidates, managing the screening and initial outreach to present our client with 90 qualified candidates, of which 28 were hired and more in the final stages of the interview process. Upon project completion, we provided a pipeline of potential candidates for the client to engage for future openings, ensuring their TA function is set up for success for future hiring seasons.
