About the Client:

We teamed up with a large nonprofit operating in the Greater Philadelphia region.

The Challenge:

This client had a need to fill an abundance of critical roles (we’re talking more than 20!) ranging from program coordinators to social services managers.

The Solution:

We dove right in, integrating and building relationships with current staff to better understand their business plan, growth trajectory, and how operations work. We then got to work sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
