About the Client:

This client is a nonprofit focused on building foundational, technical, and leadership skills to stay ahead of evolving trends in risk management and insurance.

The Challenge:

The client was experiencing growth across all lines of business and did not have a dedicated talent acquisition team in place. The HR team needed to focus on other responsibilities and could not handle the demand in hiring to keep the business moving forward.

The Solution:

We kicked off the project with a single Mid-level Talent Consultant which quickly developed into a 2 Juno resource TA team to meet the demand, assisting with the hiring due to growth within the organization. We now have one Senior-level Consultant handling all end-to-end recruitment to support the internal team.
