About the Client:

We partnered with this correctional facility in the Philadelphia suburbs in the midst of a big transition.

The Challenge:

Transitioning a correctional facility from private to public control is no small feat, especially the undertaking of talent acquisition support for the facility. Juno was asked to provide complete TA support for an estimated 450 employees.

The Solution:

The client engaged Juno for an initial 5-month contract to consult on their TA process, interview incumbent staff, and hire critical roles, with a focus on Correctional Officers. This project utilized a total of 5 Juno Resources (one Project Manager, 2 Talent Consultants, and 2 Sourcing Specialists) and the project was extended for an additional 9 months.
