About the Client:

AMI, a healthcare organization providing medical services to international aid organizations, humanitarian concerns, the private sector, and the government agencies in a wide range of remote and challenging environments.

The Challenge:

We were engaged to quickly staff the government’s COVID-19 rapid response team. AMI was in search of doctors, RNs, paramedics, logistics and other medically trained professionals who were open to immediate deployment across the US.

The Solution:

We hit the ground running, recruiting and engaging with clinicians of all levels. Our team took on this challenge, sometimes needed to fill locations within 24-48 hours. We created such a strong pipeline of talent, that we were able to increase our partnership by adding additional onboarding specialists to assist with the heavy lifting of processing deployments for COVID hotspots.
