For this partnership, we teamed up a brand and its collection of subsidiaries that design, manufacture, market and distribute high-quality plumbing products and expert solutions.

The Challenge:

The client was experiencing tremendous growth across the country and struggled to keep up with hiring at such a fast rate. Add onto that a global pandemic PLUS a company acquisition and the need for a talent partner became even more clear.

The Solution:

We launched this “3-month project” at the start of 2020 with one Talent Consultant and one Sourcer. 3 years later, and a whole team of Juno resources engaged, we’ve officially caught up with the hiring rate. And now we’ve left our client with the internal tools needed to succeed.
