Support Analyst

Our client in Center City is seeking a skilled technician to support 130 plus staff members at three locations. The Support Analyst will serve as the initial contact point for the department and must be able to troubleshoot systems in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. Additionally the hardware life cycle of: selecting hardware, system imaging, deployment, asset inventory, and EOL recycling/replacement will be a primary responsibility. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a bachelor’s degree in IT.
