Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to administer the day-to- day HR activities. The HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining the employee handbook, preparing employee communications, assisting management with the proper progressive discipline documentation, responding to unemployment compensation claims, and creating and implementing best HR practices and initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5-8 years of HR Generalist experience, and an in-depth understanding of HR principles and practices.
