Compensation and HRIS Analyst

Our client, a consulting firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a Compensation and HRIS Analyst to join their human resources department for an extended contract.  The Compensation and HRIS Analyst will be responsible for compensation administration, incentive plan administration and on-going compensation projects.  This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day user interface administration of the HRIS system including running reports for other HR staff and managers as well as setting up frequently run reports. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.  This position could convert to permanent employment for the right candidate.
